TESTIMONIALS

Arianne is a brilliant workshop leader. She is deeply prepared, generous, and responsive to participants’ needs. I would invite her back in a minute. —Ellen Santasiero

Arianne was wonderful to learn with. Her thoughtful and curious approach to the work, specifically autotheory, was infectious and effective at creating open dialogue and investigation of the topic at hand. She artfully paired the reading resources for contrast and conceived of the writing exercises in such a way as to escort one into the process of building their own piece. —Cari Brown

Arianne created an excellent weekend workshop that ended up being very productive for me and my fellow participants; and was very supportive of both generative idea and written work as creation in the space. We had in-depth discussion and moments of silly joy. Arianne is thoughtful in her course organization, workshop leadership, and readings selection. She is effective at directing conversation and providing open space for new directions. Her time management of a short weekend workshop was remarkable. —Siobhan M.

Arianne offered this workshop in a wholly respectful way, and brought in a variety of authors that one may not be aware of in the mainstream publishing world. The workshop helped me to metabolize not only what autotheory is, but what it does, and how to think about using it in my own writing. —Pamela Krueger

I was so inspired by Ari’s autotheory workshop. I loved how the workshop highlighted various authors’ examples, theory, and our own generated writing to produce powerful conversations to dive deeper into the meaning and value of autotheory. —Alex
